Pork-beef kabanos sausages, finely minced, smoked, scalded, dried. 170 g of pork and 15 g of beef was used to produce 100 g of the product.
The product is packed in a protective atmosphere. The white coating formed on the surface of the sausage is a natural effect of crystallization of meat components and does not affect the quality of the product.
Meat was provided by local Polish farms!!!
